Refund policy

We currently do not accept returns on food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged / Opened Packages

If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or opened, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@flavorsofkerala.in with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will re-fulfil your order with a replacement at no extra cost.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be damaged, broken, or opened at the time of delivery

  • Photo/video proof is mandatory

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • Returns are not accepted for food products

  • Refunds are not applicable for food items

  • Replacement is the only resolution in valid damage/open-package cases

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@flavorsofkerala.in with proof. We’ll arrange a replacement after verification.
