Hi, I’m Naseef Neeruttichali.

I was born in Kerala but spent eight years in the Middle East chasing what I once thought was success.
When Covid brought me back to Kerala in 2020, I discovered something success had never given me: clarity.

I realized how deeply I missed the lush green paddy fields, the scent of rain-soaked soil, the sound of rivers after the monsoon, and the warmth of people who live close to our heart. 
So, I made a decision that changed my life: I stayed.

In 2021, with just ₹8,000 and a powerful why, I started FLAVORS OF KERALA™ (FOK).
My purpose wasn’t just to revive traditional snacks. It was to share the soul of Kerala’s food culture with the world.

Today, FLAVORS OF KERALA stands as a bridge between tradition and modernity, bringing the true taste of Kerala from Kashmir to Lakshadweep and Gujarat to Arunachal Pradesh.

None of this would have been possible if I hadn’t followed my deep desire to stay back at my roots, to build my own place instead of staying in someone else’s.
