Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders, across all of India (Pan-India).

2. How fast will I get my order? We know you're excited to receive your snacks. That's why we stock our products in fulfillment centers across India (the same ones used by Amazon).

This means most orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. For some remote locations, it may take 5-7 days, but we always ship your order out as fast as possible.

Our Guarantee & Refunds

1. What if I don't like the product? We stand by the quality and taste of our products 100%. However, we completely understand that taste is subjective.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at info@flavorsofkerala.in. We will issue a complete, no-questions-asked refund. 

2. What if my order arrives damaged? While we pack our products with great care, accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please send a quick photo of the item to our email (info@flavorsofkerala.in) or our WhatsApp (+91 7736745297). We will send you a free replacement immediately.

2. Are your products genuinely from Kerala? Absolutely. "FLAVORS OF KERALA " is our promise, not just a name. All our products are sourced from local farmers and producers in Kerala and are made in authentic, small batches to ensure you get the best quality and taste.

3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods, including all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), and Net Banking.
