Broken into pieces

This is the second time it is happening.I had ordered a combo of salt and sweet chips. When I received them, I found that the jaggery coated chips are okay, but the salted chips are broken up into three or four pieces per chip.

I don't think I will be ordering from you anytime soon - you haven't yet found a way to deliver chips in a condition that is acceptable to customers.
